Why Use Technology?
1. The coordinator is looking for a way to provide technology to make it easier for the foreign language learners. The technology is different from others and it is important to have so that each student receives the right to education. This website suggest longitudinal research. We must remember that we need this information, but hard research can possibly take away from our motivation.2. I am sure that this act is the reason for requiring "hard research" in chapter one. The No Child Left Behind Act refers to "hard research" as an importance in all kinds of theories.
